Kupwara, July 28 (KS) : A man was injured after being attacked by a bear at his home in north Kashmir’s Kupwara village on Friday morning.

An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that soon after the incident he was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment at Kupwara, where from he was referred to GMC Baramulla for treatment.

He said identified him as Ghulam Qadir Payer son of Mohammad Jamal Payer of Sulkote Kupwara.[KS]
