Ganderbal 09 Oct(KNZ): An old man was killed by a wild bear in a wayil Wuder area of Gutlibagh in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as 45-year-old Gh Mohd Magray son of Ab Khaliq Magray of Khanan area of Kangan,after a bear attacked apparently him in forests under the jurisdiction of police post Gutlibagh
When Kashmir Zone-KNZ Contacted SHO Ganderbal Mr Arshid Ahmad, he said the man was apparently killed in a bear attack.The deceased had scratch marks on his neck,indicating that he was attacked by a bear,he said.
Ganderbal police have taken up investigation.(KNZ)
