Ganderbal 28 Feb (KNZ): More than 7 employees of Industrial training institute (ITI) Ganderbal in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district are not attending the institution regularly.
Sources said In ITI Ganderbal many vacational instructors of the institute even Supervisor and chokidar, attendant, Accountant are drawing salaries without attending the institute regularly.
Students said “We always left without attending classes because instructor remanis absent, those employees who are attending institute are attending classes only after we go to them and plead, alleged students.
Sources said that that other employees who remain absent from their duty are managing attendance on the register of the institute,
“It seems that there is nexus between the authorities of the institute and instructors because they are managing fraudulently” sources added.
When Kashmir News Zone-KNZ team reached the office at 11:18 AM (Mention on Photo) the reporter found several employees absent.
Sources said most of Students have proclaimed Friday as holiday and no action is being taken by ITI authority.
These employees are Wahidul Majid (Supervisor),Javaid Ahmad Bhat, Rubeena Jan,Sajad Ahmad (Vacational instructor),Imtiyaza jan(IMC Accountant),Tariq Ahmad Ahanger (Attendant),Irshad ahmad (Chokidar) are also absent.
When Kashmir News Zone-KNZ contacted Deputy Commissioner Mr Shafqat Iqbal he said that we are strict against those who will be found absent in the institute.I will send a team to inspect the allegations”.KNZ
