Ganderbal 08 Wed (KNZ):Security forces on Monday busted a militant hideout in Gagangeer area of Ganderbal district, seizing a cache of arms and ammunition.
“CRPF along with Special Oprational Group SOG in Kangan Ganderbal have busted a militant hideout in Gagangeer unearthing a cache of warlike stores,” an official said.
Based on intelligence inputs, security forces launched a search operation in Gagangeer forest area of Kangan in Ganderbal district in the wee hours of Wednesday morning,” said an official.
He said that a hideout was busted during the operation.
