KANGAN, APRIL 06: In an electrifying display of civic engagement and enthusiasm, students of Government Degree College (GDC) Kangan participated in a mock election organized by the District Nodal Officer for Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Ganderbal.
Under the dynamic leadership of the District Nodal Officer, the mock election aimed to familiarize new voters with the electoral process while instilling a sense of responsibility and participation in the democratic process. Students enthusiastically embraced various roles, including presiding officers (P1, P2, P3), Booth Level Officers (BLOs), political agents, and eager voters.
The energy and excitement were palpable as students immersed themselves in their respective roles, contributing to the success of the simulation.
From meticulously conducting polling procedures to casting their votes, the students approached the exercise with commendable dedication and passion.
