Srinagar, Nov 21(KNZ): Education Department accorded warm send off to Chief Education Officer Ganderbal, Naheed Neelofar, who is attaining the age of superannuation on 30 Nov 2020 here at Ganderbal in a simple but impressive function.
Mtr. Naheed Neelofar after putting in more than 40 years of long service in different capacities is attaining superannuation as Chief Education Officer Ganderbal who earlier also served as Principal DIET Ganderbal and Srinagar.
OSD Director School EducationKashmir Hilal Ahmad Gilkar, Principals, ZEO, and Teachers were present on the occasion.
While appreciating the role of Mtr Naheed Neelofar, OSD DSEK Hilal Ahmad Gilkar on the occasion said that she has proved herself as a distinguished academician and an able administrator during her career. Her abilities and acumen as Chief Education Officer and Principal DIET have been instrumental for improving the quality of education in the district. He said that her experiences and capabilities could be helpful as and when need arises. He wished her a prosperous post retirement life.
All the officers and staff members attended the function by maintaining social distancing wherein officials lauded services of Naheed Neelofar, who retired from government service after rendering more than 40 years of dedicated service.
They also lauded the contribution of the retiring Chief Education Officer and wished her a successful and healthy post retirement life.
In his emotional address Naheed Neelofar extended her heartfelt gratitude to officers and officials for their cooperation during her service.KNZ
