GANDERBAL, MARCH 04: The Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Ganderbal, hosted a vibrant One-Day Spring Exhibition at the Mini-Secretariat Ganderbal today.
The event was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir.
