Jammu: Opposition National Conference and Congress Friday staged walkout over non-availability of adequate electricity in the Kashmir valley.
National Conference MLA Aga Syed Ruhullah said that BJP isn’t considering Kashmiris as their own people that is why there is discrimination in allocation of electricity in the Valley.
“There are some litigations pending in court and you are deliberately keeping them there,” he said.
However, Deputy Chief Minister and in-charge power said that they have provided 50 megawatts more to Valley this year.
Not relenting to government’s reply the opposition thronged the well chanting “BJP-PDP ki sarkar mai andhera hi andhera hai”and staged a walkout.
