Srinagar Jan 2 :Opposition stage walk-out from assembly, disrupt Governor’s address
Opposition parties on Tuesday staged a walk-out from the Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly and disrupted the Governor N N Vohra’s address by raising anti-government slogans.
As soon as the Governor began his speech, the Congress and National Conference members raised anti-government slogans.
The members continued with the slogans like “PDP-BJP hai hai”, “Jumhuriyat ke qatilo hosh main aav” and “Chotti Katne wali sarkar hai hai”, even as the Governor asked them to remain seated.
Later, the members staged a walkout from the House.
