September 20: With an aim to strengthen relations with public, a PCPG meeting was organized by Police Station Nowhatta which was chaired by SHO Nowhatta.
Representatives of joint coordination Committee, Masjid Sharief Peer Haji Mohammad, Kill’s Masjid, Koker Masjid Malarta, Muhajir Masjid Saraf Kadal, members of trade union gold smith, land lords and members of non local tenants participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, several issues including the presence of non local tenants and other issues were discussed.
The participants were assured by the chairing officer that their problems pertaining to police will be redressed in shortest possible time and other issues will be taken up with the concerned departments for their early redressal.“`
