GANDERBAL 30 Dec (KNZ):An employee of Power Development Department (PDD) Kashmir was electrocuted to received serious burn injuries in Guzerbal on Sunday evening.
Locals from Guzerbal informed that line men of PDD got electrocuted while repairing a snapped conductor in the evening.
He was shifted to district hospital Ganderbal for treatment. The local residents blamed PDD’s negligence for the accident.
He has been identified as Abdul Rehman Rather S/Gh Mohd Rather resident of Arampora Ganderbal
When Kashmir News Zone-KNZ Contacted Executive Engineer PDD Mr Javaid Ahmad said that they have taken a cognizance of the incident And he has been taken to hospital, concerned AEE have been directed to rush to asstain the conditions and he is out of danger, he said.KNZ
