‘Mehbooba has recommended two names for chief ministership’

Srinagar, Jul 28 : Senior Congress leader and former Member Parliament Tariq Hameed Kara on Saturday squarely blamed PDP for sowing the seeds of hindutva in Kashmir and alleged that BJP intents to execute a sinister plan to neutralise the constitutional identity of Jammu & Kashmir.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS) correspondent after addressing a reception of the party workers on his arrival from Delhi in Srinagar Kara said, ‘Congress is committed to protect special status of the state and would take all steps required for fighting the evil designs of BJP to neutralise it. I have moved a motion before the Congress leadership that protests be held against the BJP’s sinister plans to neutralize article 370 and party workers be allowed to court mass arrest as part of a jail baro program against repeated attempts of BJP to neutralize special status of the state”.
Karra was welcomed by the JKPCC chief, G A Mir and other senior leaders were present.
It is worth to mention here that Karra was recently nominated as Congress Woerking Committee (CWC) member.
Warning BJP that its misadventure against Kashmir won’t be allowed to take roots Karra said “BJP has compromised national interest at the cost of party interests and its action are creating a civil war like situation which would give an opportunity to hostile neighbouring countries to speaded communal fires in entire south east asia”.
On BJP’s break up with the PDP Kara said ” PDP was not formed for alliance with BJP to allow use of pellets and bullets for killing and blinding Kashmiris and slapping PSA on innocents by implicating them in false cases.
Claiming that some top PDP leaders are in touch with the central high command of the BJP Kara said ” As far as I know Mehbooba Mufti has sent two choices for acceptable to her for appointment as chief minister. Some PDP leaders are in touch with the BJP and even the Congress party is being approached by some PDP leaders for an alliance. Till yesterday Ram Madhav the BJP General Secretary used to praise PDP the way Mehbooba Mufti used to praise Narendra Modi and today they are abusing each other. PDP leaders should recall the words Prime Minister Narendra Modi used to sunb late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed for demanding dialogue with Hurriyat and Pakistan but late PDP leaders did not dare to object to the utterance of Narendra Modi”.
