Ganderbal Dec 19【KNZ】:A Pedestrian died after he was hit by vehicle in wussan area of Central Kashmir Ganderbal,police said.
A Passenger Vehicle bearing number JK16-2405 driven by Mohd Yousf Ahanger son of Ab Rehman Resident of Khanan Kangan hit and injured pedestrian Sahil Ahmad Khan son of Farooq Ahmad Khan Resident of Wussan Kangan Ganderbal resulting in on spot death of pedestrian.
The injured succumbed to his injuries after completion of medico legal formalities,the body of the deceased was handed over his legal heirs for last rites.
Ganderbal Police registered a case in this regard FIR No 262 under section 279 and 304 RPC investigation have been taken up,Police official said.
