Pulwama Oct 09 [KNZ]: One Pillion mate was killed and a motorcyclist was seriously injured when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a Cart in Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district late last evening, police
said on Monday.
Two persons Firdous Ahmad son of Ghulam Nabi resident of Beighpora Awantipora and Javid Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Ahmad resident of Banderpora Awantipora were seriously injured when their motorcycle they were riding collided with a Cart near Padgampora Awantipora.
The injured were immediately taken to Sub District hospital Pampore in critical conditions where the Pillion mate Javaid Ahmad succumbed to his injuries at SDH Pampore. While Firdous Ahmad was referred to Srinagar hospital, SHO Awantipora Nazir Ahmad told Kashmir Reader.
Meanwhile, the condition of injured Firdous is stated to be critical.
