Ganderbal:- The PMGSY (Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana) and R&B (Roads and buildings) department in Ganderbal has made significant strides in snow clearance efforts, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity across the district.
Officials said that the fresh snowfall, the PMGSY and R&B department sprang into action, deploying a fleet of machines and manpower to clear the snow-covered roads which commenced early morning on Monday.
Executive Engineer PMGSY Abdul Aziz said tha the 100% snow clearance has been achieved in all areas of Ganderbal district ,Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that both main and link roads were cleared, restoring connectivity and facilitating the movement of people and essential services.
Executive Engineer R&B Tatheer Manzoor said that We have successfully cleared all roads in the district, ensuring smooth connectivity and facilitating the movement of people and essential services and our team’s are working tirelessly that no area remains inaccessible
Local residents have expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the PMGSY and R&B department’s swift and effective snow clearance drive and the prompt response that minimized potential disruptions to daily life Mudasir Pandit a local resident said, The quick response from the authorities has made a significant difference.
