Baramulla Jul 12 : Continuing it’s crackdown against absconders, Police in Baramulla has arrested a absconder who was evading his arrest from four years.
A Police Party of Police Station Biniyar arrested one absconder namely Feroz Ahmad Khan son of Gh Mohammad resident of Zehanpora Biniyar involved in case FIR No. 12/2020 u/s 498-A, 147,34 & 506 IPC of PS Boniyar.
Warrant of arrest was issued by the Hon’ble Court of JMIC Boniyar against them him.
He was evading his arrest since 2020. He was produced before the Hon’ble Court & was lodged in District Jail Baramulla.
Police is implementing rigorous measures to ensure that all individuals who are absconding their arrests are apprehended and held accountable for their criminal actions.
