Kulgam January 07: Police in Kulgam under the aegis of Civic Action Programme of J&K Police, distributed sewing machines, Uniform items and blankets among skilled NOKs of Police Martyrs, Orphans, Widows of down trodden families and unemployed girls of district Kulgam.
The distribution ceremony was attended by SSP Kulgam Shri Sahil Sarangal-IPS, Addl. SP Kulgam, DySP Hqrs Kulgam, DySP DAR DPL Kulgam, DySP PC Kulgam, DySP PC Manzgam & other officers of District Police Kulgam.
On the occasion, while interaction with the beneficiaries’ officers assured them that Police will always play its eminent role in providing every possible support to them. The students present on the occasion were advised not to indulge in any criminal/subversive activities, instead, study with zeal and zest so that they can adopt any career of their choice.
The participants requested J&K Police to organize more such events in the district in order to have good interaction and relationship among public and Police.
