Ganderbal:SSP Ganderbal Shri Sandeep Gupta-IPS accompanied by Dy.SP DAR DPL Ganderbal Shri Nazir Ahmad held meeting with the NOKs of Police Martyrs at District Police Office Ganderbal in which NOKs of Police Martyrs & other Senior Police Officers of the District participated.
The meeting was organised to take stock of the welfare measures of the families of Police Martyrs who laid their precious lives in safeguarding the sovereignty and integrity of the nation.
SSP Ganderbal Shri Sandeep Gupta-IPS while addressing the NOK’s of Police Martyrs assured them of every possible help and lauded the role played by their loved ones for the nation. He further said that J&K police will always remain indebted to their services by creating an atmosphere of peace & stability.
The Chairing officer emphasised the NOKs of Police Martyrs to consider the J&K Police department as their own family and share their problems with us at any time.
During the interaction, various genuine grievances were raised by the Martyr families and patient hearing was given to them by SSP Ganderbal.
Furthermore, he assured the families of Martyrs that their genuine grievances would be taken up with concerned quarters at an appropriate level for timely redressal. Finally, NOKs of Police Martyrs expressed their satisfaction and hoped to further strengthen this bond between them & J&K Police Department.
