Srinagar, September 28: Yesterday evening some terrorists entered into the house of Mohammad Ramzan Parray (BSF official of 73 Bn) son of Ghulam Ahmad resident of Parray Mohalla Hajin, Bandipora. And in a cowardly and brutal attack killed Mohammad Ramzan Parray.
Before firing on the BSF official, terrorists attacked him with knives and then fired indiscriminately upon him and his family members, resulting in on spot death of Mohammad Ramzan Parray and injuries to his old aged father Ghulam Ahmad Parray, two elder brothers Mohammad Afzal Parray, Javid Ahmad Parray and paternal aunt Habla Begum wife of late Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Shah.
All the injured were shifted to JVC Hospital, Srinagar for treatment where from Javid Ahmad was shifted to SKIMS Soura for further treatment. Mohammad Ramzan Parrey was presently posted at Singhpora Baramulla.
He is survived by father, three brothers and a sister.
Accordingly a case FIR number 56/2017 under section 452, 307, 302 RPC, 7/27 IA Act has been registered and investigation was taken up.
During the preliminary investigations, it was found that a Lashkar terrorist Mehmood Bhai is involved in his killing and efforts are being made to nab the culprit.
