Srinagar,Police this evening raided the residence of JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik at Maisuma in a bid to arrest him, said JKLF spokesman in a statement.
To evade police arrest, JKLF chairman was not present at his home, he said.
“JKLF has strongly condemned this nocturnal raid on Yasin sahibs residence and said that on one hand DG of police is issuing statements that protest on state subject law will be allowed but on the other hand we are witnessing police raids and arrests which is highly condemnable,” said spokesman in a statement.
