Srinagar:Today one Boy namely Shabnam Rasool R/o Yaripora Kulgam , who was at present residing at Gulbarg colony Barzulla was brought by his co tenants to SMHS hospital , after they found him laying on the floor in his room

The doctors declared him brought dead and the body was handed over to the legal heirs after completion of legal formalities .

In this context inquest proceedings under 174 crpc has been initiated .
