. From last 5 months The services provided by Reliance jio iriks the residents of Bandaybagh, Serch Chowdarybagh, Budergund and adjoining areas of Ganderbal district.
The subscribers of Reliance Jio (Jio 4G) are having a tough time dealing with the slow speed of internet and poor network of mobile phones.
Despite complaints pouring in at the Jio offices across the Area, the problem is still persisting. The JIO authorities concerned are least interested in solving the problems of subscribers it seems.
The JIO staff is neglecting their duties despite urgent calls being made by the subscribers. This is seriously hampering the work of a large number of people in the area.
While talking to our reporters the locals of area said, ‘They have recharged their Jio. No.s with Data packs of Rs. 309 or 499 but they never got their value as the network in their area is too much weak. Neither they are able to make calls nor data services.’
According to a local subscriber Er. Ishfaq Ahmad wagay, he added that a new jio site was planed in their area in the month of april. Since then the site is still in the construction mode.
Another subscriber Sajad Razak told that he had complained to the company in the month of april they gave me the time limit of 90 days which was expiring in the month of july but after the month of July passed, I contacted them again as there was no improvement in the network services as they where same as before. They again futher extended the time limit for another 90 days.
Now We appeal to the higher authorities of Reliance Jio to look into the matter immediately so that the subscribers do not suffer any more.
