Ganderbal:Rashtriya Ekta Diwas parade held at Qamaria ground, Ganderbal in which contingents from District Police, CRPF, BSF and Home Guard participated.
The parade begun with Oath taking ceremony and contingents took Oath at the hands of SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS. On the site lines of taking Pledge, SSP Ganderbal highlighted the importance of National oneness and paid rich tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in National Unity and Integrity.
The parade culminated with march past by the contingents mentioned above.
Besides, Additional Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Shri Feroz Yehya-JKPS, DySP HQRs Ganderbal Dr Abdul Majid-JKPS, DySP PC Ganderbal Shri Manoj Kumar-JKPS, DySP SDPO kangan Shri Yasir Qadri-JKPS and SHOs/ DOs of Police Stations and Police Posts of District Ganderbal were present on the occasion.
