Ganderbal:Residents of Check Duderhama and adjoining areas in the Ganderbal district are experiencing significant hardships due to poor cellular services provided by Jio. The community reports frequent call drops and low internet speeds, severely affecting their daily lives.
Local resident Adnan tantary expressed his frustration: “We have been suffering badly due to frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity. Despite numerous complaints to the company’s helpline, no action has been taken to address these issues.”
Another resident Hanan Ibraheem highlighted the financial burden, stating, “Jio has failed to provide adequate service despite charging hefty sums from us. The poor services have added to our woes, especially as we prepare for our upcoming exams.”
The community has felt ignored for over a year, with no resolution in sight. Residents are urgently calling on Jio officials to address these issues promptly to alleviate the ongoing struggles faced by hundreds of subscribers in the area.
