Srinagar, Oct 27 (KS):- RR Swain who is currently posted as special DG (CID) has been given additional charge of DGP J&K.
“With the approval of Competent Authority, Shri R.R. Swain, IPS (AGMUT: 1991) presently posted as Special DG, CID, Jammu & Kashmir will also function as in-charge Director General of Police, Jammu & Kashmir in addition to his existing charge with effect from 01.11.2023 and until further orders.” Reads the order issued by MHA, a copy of which lies with news Agency Kashmir Scroll.
Notably, Dilbagh Singh will retire on 3ist of this month.(KS)
