KULGAM 27 Feb【KNZ】:People of koral village of Kulgam said that we don’t know what the gram Sabah mean says the aged Lumberdar of village koral .
Many people while inviting media said that the SBM toilets have not been given to needy poor people but influential people are taking advantage of this scheme .
We are appealing DC Kulgam to look into the matter .
People said that we don’t know what does gram Sabah mean due to this poor people are being deprived due to it the influential people are taking benefits because the people are not awared about that.KNZ
