The directorate of school education Kashmir (DSEK) has ordered the change in school timings in Kashmir province from October 01.

As per an order issued by the DSEK, timings for all government and recognized private schools within Srinagar Municipal limits will be from 09 am to 03 pm while those located outside the Srinagar municipal limits will remain functional from 10 am to 4 pm.

But i guess 9:30 to 3:30 was much better for schools outside Srinagar municipal corporations
