15 day CD/DM training programme concludes
JAMMU, NOVEMBER 20【KNZ】: The15 day long CD/DM training organized by SDRF for its Jawans at component concluded, besides a daylong awareness programme on disaster management was organized by SDRF in a government school in Reasi area here today.
The 15 day training camp was supervised by Dy. Controller CD cum area Commandant HG Samba in which the jawans were trained and educated about the Civil Defence activities and disaster management in order to minimize the loss of human lives and property during the disasters.
Meanwhile, DRF component Reasi organized a day long awareness camp at Government Middle School Seela in which all the students of the institution participated. Instructor Kashmir Singh, component Reasi delivered a lecture to students and educated them how to respond in case of earthquake and fire incidents. The demonstrations of CPR on fire fighting, earth quakes were also organized for the student.
