Ganderbal 09 Jan【KNZ】:-Senior PDP leader Kangan Bashir Ahmad mir dedicated new electric transformer of 250 KV to the people of Kullo Mohala, in Gund Tehsil in Ganderbal district.
In all 100 households are going to benefit from this transformer. The estimated cost of the transformer is rupees 10 lakhs.
Residents of the area said that the we have suffered due to low voltage for a long time and with today’s installation of the new transformer they are going to heave a sigh of relief
People of the area extended gratitude to the Bashir Ahmad Mir for redressal of their long pending demand of installation of new electric transformer.
On the occasion, Bashir Ahmad Mir said that with the installation of this Transformer a long pending demand of local people has been fulfilled.
He hoped that upgraded facility would help to improve power supply scenario in the area.
Mir asked people to make judicious use of electricity so that the transformer may not be overloaded.
Meanwhile, Bashir Ahmad Mir also convened a public meeting to listen to people’s grievances and demands.
Mir gave a patient hearing and assured the locals that their genuine demands would be taken up with the concerned authorities for early redress.
