Bandipora 14 Dec (KNZ):Mother of slain teenage militant of Hajin Saqib,is perplexed at the decision of his son.She said,”Saqib was found of acting .When he got a small role in Haider Movie,he was so happy that he couldn’t sleep the whole night.”
She said that he was very extrovert and everybody liked him.
“He used to participate in many extracurricular activities and it seemed that nothing of this kind was in his mind.”
Saqib had passed his 10th class examination in 2017.
I have no regrets but one thing ,he didn’t met me,if he had met me once,I would have told him ,where did he left without out telling me.”
While speaking to Kashmir News Zone-KNZ she said “I am honoured to have such a son.He blissed me.”
She also said,”When he left home ,authorities told us that if he had joined miltiancy,they will bring him back alive but,they did’t kept their promise.”
On Saturday an encounter broke out between security forces and Militants in Mujgund area of Srinagar.
The gun battle ended on Sunday in which three militants were killed which include Mudasir parray,Ali and Saqib.
Later police officials said that militants fired upon Govt forces when they were conducting search operations after cordoning off the area following inputs that some militants were hiding in the area.KNZ
