Ganderbal 14 Jan (KNZ):The snow-clearance operation in Ganderbal District is in full swing from early morning and is likely to be completed afternoon today, officials said
Executive Engineer R&B Tatheer Manzoor exclusive talking to Kashmir News Zone-KNZ news agency said that the Ganderbal roads here have been covered with a layer of snow and the clearing operations are in the process on early morning of using JCB’s and Tractors.
He said we have started clearance operation today early morning on link roads of three Sub-divisions Ganderbal,Lar and Kangan and we have completed 80Km’s of road snow clearance under the domain of the department sofar.
In Ganderbal Sub-division we have cleared 20 Kms snow from link roads,In Lar Sub-division we have cleared 20 Kms snow from link roads and In subdivision Kangan we have cleared 40 Kms snow sofar.
Local residents thanks to the R&B division and Executive Engineer R&B along with engineers from this department for starting snow clearance.
