After taking up the investigation of the killing ofa nine year old boy of Gulgam area of Kupwara district, the SSP Crime Branch Kashmir Javed Kaul held on Thursday his first meeting with mother and sisters of the deceased would be namely Umer Farooq of Gulgam Kupwara who was killed in the same area on July 20.Sources while disclosing this to KNS revealed that thefamily demanded arrest and prosecution of killers and said that they would not accept any ex gratia relief from the Government.
