Ganderbal 27 Feb : SSP Ganderbal Shri. Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS, held interactive session with newly posted PSIs in the District. The PSIs were briefed about general working of Police and other important aspects of Police work like detection and investigation of crimes, maintenance of public peace and order besides requirements of modern day policing.
It was impressed upon PSIs to imbibe expertise from senior colleagues in the department and also utilize their personal knowledge and technical expertise in investigation of modern day crimes like cyber and other crimes involving use of Information Technology.
The PSIs will be undergoing various aspects of practical training for which detailed programme has already been chalked out for one year.
DySP Headquarters Ganderbal and Incharges of various sections of DPO Ganderbal were also present in the interactive meeting.
