Srinagar, June 29:(GNS) A teenaged boy was killed allegedly in goverment forces action during clashes near encounter site at Chatpora area of Pulwama district on Friday.
Official sources told News agency GNS that scores of youth suffered injuries in forces action during clashes near the encounter site at Thumna village adjacent to Chatpora.
The injured persons were shifted to nearby hospital where from one seriously injured boy namely as Faizan Ahmad Khan Son of Ab Gani Khan of Ladoo, Khrew was referred to Srinagar hospital. However Faizan latter succumbed to his injuries, they said.
Earlier a gunfight broke out between goverment forces and militants at Thumna village.
Sources said that the house where two to three militants are believed to be holed up was razed to rubbles, sources said.(GNS)
