Ganderbal Oct 31【KNZ】:A meeting was today held in Ganderbal to constitute advisory committee for Tehsil library Ganderbal.
Deputy CEO Ganderbal Gayas u din was appointed as Chairman of the advisory committee,Sanjay Verma ,Chairman Vijay Memorial School,was appointed as Vice Chairman
Ali Mohamad Mir Former Librarian was appointed as secrectary Refhat un nisa Junior Librarian, Tehsil Library Ganderbal was appointed as convener
Shiekh Matloob President “Ganderbal Journalist Association【GJA】” was appointed as Media advisor
Others members of the Advisory committee are Ab .Rehman Talib Lecturer and Ghulam Mohamad Sofi retired Principal.
The Advisory committee in the meeting later discussed various issues relating to functioning and promotion of The Tehsil library.Various measures were discussed in the meeting to promote Reading culture among masses.
In the meeting Convener librarian apprised the members about facilities been provided by Tehsil library Ganderbal.
The library has got all sort of resources for Competitive exams, which include study material for NEET ,CET ,JEE , Civil service examinations etc
The Library also provides internet service for members.The Library has got all sort of book collections which include Academic Religious,Literature etc
