Ganderbal 31 August (KNZ):Tehsildar Lar Majid Choudhary stopped work of illegal structures in lar area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
The drive was carried out after receiving an information about the encroachment and illegal construction,.He along with other revenue officials visited the spot near Baroosa bypass and other areas and stopped the illegal construction.
Tehsildar said that the land encroacher have been warned and and told to refrain from encroaching the land as well as from raising the construction.People who required construction in case of residences should first take prior permission.
He said that all concerned Patwaris,Chowkidars and Lamberdars have been instructed to report any such incident of encroachment without any delay
“The violaters will be taken to task and no one will be spared who are behind these constructions, do not follow proper procedure,” he said, adding that this culture has given rise to land mafias and many vested interests have benefited from it.
he said, adding that no such activity would be tolerated and those who would not execute the construction under proper procedure would be stringently dealt with.KNZ
