Srinagar, Feb. 15 (KS): A fast-moving tipper plunged into Dal Lake in the early hours of Thursday, resulting in the death of the driver on the spot in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
Sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll In the early hours of Thursday, a fast-moving tipper bearing registration number JK062692 plunged into Dal Lake near Makai point.
According to sources, the driver died on the spot.
A police officer also confirmed this road mishap to news agency Kashmir Scroll and identified driver as Tariq Ahmad Khatana of Kangan Ganderbal. (KS)
