Pulwama, Jan 29 : Police arrested 3 drug peddlers in saffron town of Pampore area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
A police official said that 11 grams substance suspected to be heroin was recovered from their possession.
“Police party on naka duty near MEI School Pampore found three persons moving in suspicious circumstances. They were stopped and during frisking 11 grams heroine like substance was recovered from them,” the official told KNT.
He identified the trio as Tabish Rafiq, Mudasir Dar, both residents of Namblabal Pampore and Sahil Arshid Rather of Kadalbal Pampore.
An FIR vide number 13/2021 under relevant sections was registered against them at police station Pampore. (KNT)
