Bandipora: Two civilians have suffered injuries during clashes with forces at Hajin in northern Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday, reports said.
Reports said that the joint party of army’s 13RR and Police were patrolling in Parray Mohallah and Bon Mohallah areas of Hajin during which youth pelted them with stones resulting in clashes.Forces fired teargas canisters to break up the protests, however, youth continued to pelt stones on them
Locals alleged that forces set a stack of dried grass on fire and ransacked many residential houses in the area.
Senior police officials denied the allegations of locals.
