Shopian: Two militants have been killed in a gunfight that is underway in Kashmir’s Shopian on Saturday evening.
Their identity is yet to be ascertained. The duo was killed in open while the third militants is believed to have engaged forces in gunfight.
A gunfught between militants and government forces broke out amid cordon and search operation launched by forces at Khudpora village in Shopian outskirts in the evening.
Meanwhile, mobile internet has been suspended in the district after the encounter broke out.
