GANDERBAL, APRIL 20: Two persons among fourteen, who were hospitalized, after testing positive for Coronavirus, were discharged from District Hospital Ganderbal today, after testing negative for the infection.
Both the patients who hail from village Guzhama, Ganderbal, were under thorough medical supervision since they tested Positive and were discharged after clearance from doctors and health authorities.
Before sending them back to their homes, a team of doctors briefed them about the dos and don’ts and other precautionary measures to be followed during the 14-days home quarantine to be maintained with utmost care.
Meanwhile, the DC Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal hailed the medial staff for their persistent and unfencing effort in combating the epidemic and hoped that all other COVID-19 positive patients will recover soon and will be send back to their homes. He also said that health checkup of both the patients will be done by the surveillance teams regularly during home quarantine.
