Bandipora, Jul 04 (KNO): Residents of two villages along the Line of Control (LoC) in Gurez valley of Bandipora have been facing immense problems due to the absence of mobile network in these, the residents complained on Monday.
The residents told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two villages including Tarabal and Kashpath are still without network connectivity, while they have to walk down more than a kilometer to get network coverage.
They said that students have to suffer more in the absence of network connectivity in this age of information technology.
“At a time when phone connectivity is running all over the country, our villages still lack this facility due to which the people are facing a lot of problems here,” Mohammad Ramzan, a local said.
Meanwhile, they appealed to the Deputy Commissioner Bandipora to intervene into the matter so that they don’t have to suffer further—(KNO)
