Kangan 10 June (KNZ):- An unidentified girl drowned in a Power Canal in Sumbal Bala Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday afternoon.
Reports Said that The an unidentified girl drowned in the power canal of USHP 2nd in Sumbal area of Ganderbal district. They said some passers-by saw her drowning and raised an alarm which alerted others who immediately inform police and launched a rescue operation to fish her.
Officials Said Gund Police, were at the spot after receiving news of the accident. Currently, rescue operations are underway by police and locals.
Officials said that The identity of the drowned girl was not known yet.
