Sahil Farooq Pray for peace in the State, participate in prayers

Ganderbal July 01【KNZ】: Amid rains, the Urs Mubarak of the Hazrati Syed Baba Badurdin (RA) was observed on sunday with full reverence and religious fervour at Syed Abad Waliwar in Lar Tehsil of Ganderbal District.
The congregations were held at Zeyarat Sharif where devotees from different parts of the Valley participated in the special prayers.
The clerics threw light on the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) at the shrine which resounded with recitations of verses of Holy Quran. The Ulema and Imams threw a detailed light on the life, religious services and teachings and spiritual strength of the revered Islamic scholar and saint who had devoted his whole life to the service to and preaching of Islam. Sufis, all over the world, have made their mark in history for serving the humanity in general and the destitute, poor and needy ones in particular.
Meanwhile,Congress Leader Sahil Farooq Ahmad paid obeisance at the shrine and offered obeisance at the shrine and prayed for peace, prosperity and stability in the State and also interacted with devotees.KNZ
