KULGAM 20 Feb【KNZ】:A viral Video on social of Dr Bari a professor by profession posted at degree college Kulgam who is a well known social activist and RTI activist has alleged the bribe allegations to several officers of Kulgam district especially tehsildar Kulgam.
Dr Abdul Bari a social activist and RTI activist alleges that the revenue department is taking bribe openly by given the details and letters to media he said that tehsildar kulgam has transferred an office qanoongoh while as it is not under his jurisdiction to transfer him the power is under the hands of divisional commissioner , his order to transfer a kanoongoh is against law, he said the tehsildar is involved in corruption and he has deputed this man as a mediator for taking bribe he has issued illegal orders of cutting thousands of walnut trees.
While as Patwari association Kulgam protested against him and appealed DC Kulgam to register FIR against Dr Bari who has missused social media,
when Kashmir News Zone Contacted DC Kulgam Mr Talat Parvaiz he said that is very bad to see that a professor is using social media to defame any officer without knowing the facts my officers and revenue department is working well ,if the Dr Bari was feeling something is going wrong he should have consulted me instead using social media ,if he may not be satisfied with me he should visit divisional commissioner officer.KNZ
