CMO Ganderbal Face wreath of Angry Protesters

Ganderbal 20 May【KNZ】:Scores of people staged a protest outside the Mini Maternity Hospital Watlar in Ganderbal on sunday against the non-availability of doctors in the hospital.
The people alleged that a injured person Nazir Ah.Bhat son of Gh.Mohd Bhat was shifted to the hospital when he was injured outside hospital when a maruti car hit him ,“but there were no doctors available in the hospital to look after him”.
They said only two para medical staff members were present but they were too helpless because of non-availability of a doctor.
When people and shopkeepers around the hospital heard about the incident they staged a protest against the doctors and hospital management.
They appealed higher authorities of health department to take action against the doctors who were not present in the hospital.
Protesting people said that the doctors are spending most of their time at their clinics and are not paying attention towards the patients who are visiting the hospital from far flung areas.
Residents allaged hospital lacks basic facilities neither test lab is working properly and hospital is defung due to medical availabilities .
After SHO Lar Lateef Ali intervene Tehsildar Lar and CMO Ganderbal Dr.Roshan Din Kasana reached the Spot and faced wreath of angry protesters,they alleged early when Mr .Kasana was CMO Ganderbal at that time he assured us Hospital will make funcitional but Still we suffered due to Medical availabilities.KNZ
