Ganderbal: Zahoor Ahmad Sheikh, who served as Executive Engineer of R&B Division Kangan, has retired after years of dedicated service, earning admiration for his contributions to public infrastructure.
A native of Manigam, Ganderbal, Sheikh was widely respected for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to development. His efforts played a key role in improving infrastructure and facilitating progress in the region.
Reflecting on his journey, Sheikh stated, “Serving the people has been a privilege. Every project undertaken was a step toward progress, and while my official tenure ends, my dedication to this community remains strong.”
