Poonch, July 27 (GNS): Police on Monday said that six absconders, one of them involved in a case registered 13 years ago, were apprehended and produced before a court.
A police officer told GNS that they also include a rape-accused, Mohd Sahakeel of Mankote, who was absconding for eight years. The officer said that he is accused in case (FIR NO 28/2012 U/S 376/366/511/109/RPC)
The others, the officer said, include Mohd Aftar of Gohlad involved in case (FIR No 89/2014 U/S 341/ 336/ 323/ 427/ 325/ 147 RPC); Mohd Rayaz of Narol Tehsil Mendhar involved in case (FIR No 135/2011 U/S 341/ 323 506 RPC); Khaliq alias Khaki of Kasblari involved in case (FIR No 159/2007 U/S 452, 323 147, 148 RPC); Shakeela bi wife of Mohd Saheed invoked in case (FIR no 56/2013 u/s 323/324/RPC) and
Mohd Zabeer of Chhungan involved in case (FIR No 77/2011 U/S 419/ 420 RPC). “They were produced before the court of JMIC Mendhar today,” the officer added. (GNS)
