Srinagar:Former Chief Minister, Dr Farooq Abdullah on Thursday said that the election boycott will not serve any purpose.
Farooq Abdulllah said, “People are continuously asking us to save Articles 370 & 35A but how can that happen when people are not coming out to vote and are boycotting elections.” He was quoted as saying.
While praising the chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front who is in Jail, he said, “Yasin Malik is ready to die but not to surrender before Delhi for the sake of self respect of Kashmiri’s, I congratulate him.” The National Conference President said.
He appealed people to vote for party’s candidate for the Anantnag Lok Sabha constituency Justice Masoodi.
