Srinagar 30th dec :Hitting Out at J&K Government over the Power Crisis in the Kashmir valley ,State General Secretary J&K Youth Congress and executive member JKPCC Sheikh Aamir Rasool today Alleged that State Government has failed to provide basic amenities to the people during ongoing winters .
Aamir said as the mercury continues to dip to sub-zero degrees,the power woes are taking alarming proportions .He said the unscheduled load shedding and prolonged power cuts have left entire valley under huge dark cover .
He said students are bearing the burnt of the unscheduled power cuts, The crisis has hit the traders most especially those associated with Tourism. He alleged that situation has gone from bad to worse and added his party will not remain mute spectator to the plight of people and will come on road if need arises
